The Proof of Concept program (POC) is a low cost, low risk opportunity to take the first step into taking an idea and making it reality.

We understand the challenges of initial tool design for those new to vacuum forming. POC is the first stage in identifying potential issues with tool designs.

At Formech we have an experienced team ready to review your idea or design and help create a successful prototype tool that aligns with vacuum forming industry guidelines. Utilizing 3D printing, we ensure quick results in a timely manner at an affordable price. We then test these prototype tools on one of our in-house vacuum forming machines.

Results are shared via pictures, video conferences, and in-person visits, which are encouraged.
